Free virus protection from Microsoft
Micorsoft is offering virus protection software for free for Windows XP,Vista and 7.
The catch is that you need a legal version of Windows and that it is only for personal home use (wont work through proxy for example).

Autodesk Activation through proxy
If you are trying to activate one of the above mentioned packages fomr behind a proxy it will give you an error saying "Internet connection not detected"
This is the fix:

Installation Instructions
To install Register Today Proxy Licensing Hotfix
NOTE: You must have administrative privileges on your Microsoft Windows operating system to complete the installation process.
1. On the computer where the affected product is installed, close all software applications and log on as the Administrator.
2. Download the RegisterToday.dll file to a local temp directory and unzip it.
3. Open the C:\Program Files\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\AdLM\R1 directory and rename the RegisterToday.dll file to RegisterToday.old.
4. Move the downloaded RegisterToday.dll file to this directory (C:\Program Files\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\AdLM\R1). You should now be able to activate online or transfer a license from behind a proxy.
